The Brass Spatula catered a 60th birthday party for us, providing hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and a lovely birthday cake for 60 people. 2017 Wedding

Elyse was incredibly flexible and fairly priced for our wedding Jan. 2017! Everyone raved about the food! She helped me stay within my budget for 120 people and still have more than enough to keep everyone full and happy. She provided vendor meals and a lower rate and had vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options at no extra charge. Her food is creative and well presented. Would definitely recommend her for any wedding! Wow! I hired Elyse and her team for a 3 day event – 16 women in total. Pre-stock before arrival, 2 breakfasts, two dinners, a “box” lunch and appetizers.
