Personal Chef Packages

Our regularly scheduled services can be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.

Meal Service Pricing

 All packages include: initial client consultation, customized menu plan, grocery shopping, pantry items, such as dried herbs, oils and vinegars,in home meal preparation, food packaging complete with labeling and reheating instructions, and kitchen clean up.

Packages are customized to meet your individual needs and pricing varies accordingly. The fee for your particular service will be determined during the initial consultation, but typical pricing ranges from $200 to $315, plus the cost of groceries.

The cost of food varies based on your food preferences, but typically average $100-$125 for five entrees with sides for two people or $150-175 for four people. Your actual cost could be lower or higher depending on your food preferences and dietary requirements.

  Entree Only!

  For one all-inclusive price of $350, select five entrees from the menu to have on hand in your freezer when you need them. 

2 for 1 Save Money and Time!

Do you have a neighbor or close friend living near you with similar tastes?  Now you can both enjoy the convenience of a personal chef and share the cost!  Contact Brass Spatula for specific details.

 Menu Planning Only

After a consultation about likes and dislikes, Chef Elyse will plan menus for a specified amount of time  These will  be emailed to you with the recipes scaled down for your needs and a customized shopping list. This service is available on a weekly or monthly basis.

       Weekly- $50

       Monthly- $180

  Menu Planning With Grocery Shopping

After an initial consultation about likes and dislikes, Chef Elyse will plan menus for you for a specified amount of time. After the planning and approval of the menus by you, she will shop weekly for the freshest ingredients and deliver it to your home along with the recipes.

       Weekly- $140 plus grocery costs

        Monthly-$400 plus grocery costs

Mini Chef  Package-1 crockpot meal, 1 saute dish with a side dish, 1 hearty soup  or stew, typical package has about 18 servings- $200.00 plus groceries

Grocery Deposit- A grocery deposit will be required before each cook date. If your groceries for that day cost less than the prepaid cost, the chef will leave you a check for the difference on that cook date or credit your next invoice. If your groceries for that date are more than the prepaid cost it will be added to that day's invoice.

Extras

     Desserts -are $14-$20 and cookies are 2 dozen for $15.00

Ask about other services such as breakfast, lunch, and holiday meal prep

Additional Grocery Shopping- I can make life even easier for you by picking up additional household groceries on your cookdate-Up to 8 grocery items incurs no charge. More than 8 items will incur a $20 fee which could be subject to increase with a great quantity of groceries.

If you have a friend or family member who shares your same tastes consider sharing the service and economize. Brass Spatula will come to one of your homes to cook and will package the meals so they can easily be divided.

 Special dietary needs or other custom services may require an additional fee

 Chef Elyse is not a nutritionist or a dietician, but is happy to work with your medical partners to comply with an existing diet.
