* Initial consultation—We discuss your likes/dislikes, allergies, and timing of your service.
* Customized Menu Planning—We will develop menus specifically to meet your goals and tastes.
* Personalized Shopping—On your scheduled cook date we will shop for the fresh ingredients and bring them to your home.
* Meal Preparation—We will prepare the number of meals you select, package them in the containers and serving sizes you prefer, and leave specific instructions for heating and enjoying them.
We bring all of our own cooking equipment and pantry supplies (oils, spices, etc.) with us. Best of all— We leave your kitchen spotless. The only evidence of us being there will be the wonderful aromas and fridge full of delicious meals.
