how can I begin to thank
you?? As I think I mentioned, I have never used a caterer personally
(although
I have planned many large scale events and used them for work) but you
far
exceeded every expectation I had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, raved
about
the appetizers, the salad, the bread and most of all, the main course.
Your
staff was wonderful and you are absolutely delightful to work with. You
made
my birthday party sheer perfection!

much for cooking us a delicious meal while we stayed in Napa. Every course paired perfectly with our wines, and all
of the food was cooked to perfection. We
especially liked the spicy and creamy contrast in the shrimp and grits
and the tenderness and seasoning of the lamb. After
traveling all day, it was so nice to come home to a warm meal. You did exactly what we asked for, and managed to put a
nice flair that articulated your style of cooking: comfort food with a
modern twist.
We enjoyed the meal and your
professionalism very much, and will certainly recommend you to others we
know who will be making future visits to the region. Furthermore,
we hope you will consider cooking for us again upon our return next
year.
